Trick or Treat
This Halloween night the owners of The 7th Street Haunt, “Lou-Evil’s Old School Haunted Attraction”, welcomes all families to a FREE fun filled night of frights. On Oct 29st from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm the 7th Street Haunt will open its doors to all trick-or-treaters (up to 12yrs old) for a unique in-door trick-or-treating experience. This unforgettable night will include monsters; lights on, no scare walk-through of the haunted house, and of course CANDY! Lots of CANDY! In the past we had thousands people attend this FREE event with rave reviews. Happy Halloween.
The Expo Five will again partner up with the 7th Street Haunt to host the 2nd annual Family Halloween Party and costume contest! This FREE event is looking to be bigger than last year with a fashion show, face painting, balloons, trick-or-treating and more. 2013 had over 300 contestants for the costume contest. This year we hope to have even more! On Oct 29st we want the Expo Five to become filled with Louisville’s little ghouls wearing their very best Halloween apparel.
The Family Halloween Party starts at noon with registration for the contest till 2pm. The contest will be judged by guests from some of the great local professional haunted houses in the area. After you register for the contest don’t forget to go collect candy from the hundreds of vendors within the Derby Park Flea Market. Once the costume contest comes to a close at 3pm all attendees are invited to finish their candy raid inside the 7th Street Haunt where many of the monster will be passing out sweet treats for the little ones. This FREE party is quickly becoming one of the most talked about family friendly Halloween events in Louisville.

A Very Scary Christmas
T’was the night before Christmas and all through the town
there was not joy or happiness just darkness and frown.
This year Santas not coming for girls or boys
No presents no gifts no toys
You see while the sugar plums were dancing in your head
The villains of Christmas did what all kids dread
They kidnapped the joy old elf that was their plan
Now their madness will rule without that fat man
The Krampus, Mr. Grinch, Scrooge, and Jack Frost
With them in charge will the yule tide be lost
The carolers cry in horror and pain
no one would answer it was all in vain
Save Father Christmas and store order to all
Hurry don’t doddle go now don’t stall
Time will run out your window is might close
it will be the fight of your life as everyone knows
Evil runs deep and they wont go down easy
Their slick, tough and amazingly sleazy
Merry Christmas to you and good luck
lets hope all goes right get us out of this muck
